For Speakers

Are you interested in speaking to our Rotary Club? 

If you are a motivational speaker, director of a non-profit or government organization, or have a valuable topic you would like to share with your local Rotary Club, please contact Kathy Collins, Club Administration Chair.

We try to keep our meeting informative for our members  - we request that speakers do not sell products or services.

Information for prospective speakers:

• We meet in the private room within Buckhorn Springs Golf & Country Club.
• Typical meeting will have about 15-25 people in attendance.
• Lunch will be provided to our speakers (please let us know of any dietary restrictions).  Any guests/employees of the speaker will be asked to pay $10 for lunch. 
• If you would like to display a presentation, please let us know in advance.  We have a projection screen, but you must bring your own projector.  
• We do not have assigned seating, although some members would agree, there is "preferred" seating.
• Each speaker is given 15 minutes for their presentation and 5 minutes for Q & A. PLEASE DO NOT GO OVER THE ALOTTED TIME.
• Members will want to speak to you after the meeting for in-depth questions.
• Please provide Irma with a complete biography, so that we may introduce you properly to the group.   
• Also, please send with your bio, any additional information, including a website, so that we may promote your speech in advance.  Please send this to us as soon as you are booked.
• Speakers will be rewarded for their time with a token of appreciation (certificate or small gift) from the club.
